Requirements

Freshmen
  • Photocopy of Form 138 (High School Card)
  • National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) Result
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Photocopy)

Cross-Enrolless
 
  • Photocopy of permit to cross enroll from the Registrar of the school they are regularly enrolled
  • Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral Character

Second Course Enrollees
 
  • Photocopy of Transcript of Records/Evaluation
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate

Transferees

Foreign Students
 
  • Foreign students shall submit the following documents to the University Registrar:
     
    • Five copies of the student’s personal history statement (PHS)
    • Notarized affidavit of support, including bank statement, or notarized notice of grant 
    • Two original and four photocopies of the scholastic records authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post (PFSP)
    • Photocopy of the student’s PFSP-authenticated passport, payment of foreign service fee upon acceptance and every semester thereafter.
       
  • The University shall issue a notice of acceptance with a dry seal to applicants who qualify for admission. The PFSP also requires the original copy of the school’s notice of acceptance, a PFSP-authenticated police clearance, and a medical health certificate.
  • Admission of foreign students shall be based on the recommendation of the University Registrar and the CET test results.

Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation - Candelaria (MSEUF - Candelaria) is a private educational institution established in June 1992. The campus is based on Quezon province and is one of the satellite campuses under the Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation system. The establishment of the campus was brought upon by the collective effort of the Candelaria citizens by gathering petitions stating their willingness to open a satellite campus on their area. 

To date, the campus offers bachelor degree programs under the colleges of Nursing, Tourism and Hotel and Restaurant Management, Computer Studies, Education, Business Administration, and Arts and Sciences. It also offers various short-courses programs with associate and diploma degrees.
