Freshmen
  • Photocopy of Form 138 (High School Card)
  • National Career Assessment Examination (NCAE) Result
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character (Photocopy)

Cross-Enrolless
 
  • Photocopy of permit to cross enroll from the Registrar of the school they are regularly enrolled
  • Photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral Character

Second Course Enrollees
 
  • Photocopy of Transcript of Records/Evaluation
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate

Transferees

Foreign Students
 
  • Foreign students shall submit the following documents to the University Registrar:
     
    • Five copies of the student’s personal history statement (PHS)
    • Notarized affidavit of support, including bank statement, or notarized notice of grant 
    • Two original and four photocopies of the scholastic records authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post (PFSP)
    • Photocopy of the student’s PFSP-authenticated passport, payment of foreign service fee upon acceptance and every semester thereafter.
       
  • The University shall issue a notice of acceptance with a dry seal to applicants who qualify for admission. The PFSP also requires the original copy of the school’s notice of acceptance, a PFSP-authenticated police clearance, and a medical health certificate.
  • Admission of foreign students shall be based on the recommendation of the University Registrar and the CET test results.

Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF) is a private, non-sectarian university based in Lucena City, Quezon Province. Established as Luzonian Colleges in 1947 by Dr. Manuel Sarmiento Enverga, it aimed to give the needy yet deserving students, access to higher education.
