Marikina High School (MHS) is a public secondary school in Concepcion, Marikina City founded in 1977 through Executive Order (EO) #5 series of 1977 issued by Metro Manila Governor Imelda Marcos. Its establishment has helped young Marikenos as well as students from neighboring areas such as Cainta and Antipolo in getting an affordable, quality high school education.
Currently, MHS offers a K-12-ready high school program. Students who want to pursue their education in this institution may choose from strands under the Academic and Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) tracks. Another school offering is the Open High School Program (OHSP), ideal for students who cannot attend regular classes but have a desire to complete their high school education.
Marikina High School is registered with the Schools Division of Marikina City and duly recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd).
