Mariner's Polytechnic Colleges Foundation - Legazpi (MPCF - Legazpi) is the third campus to become part of the
Mariners System. The campus was opened in 1985 as part of the institution's goal to produce skilled and competent professionals who will make a big contribution to the maritime industry.
The Legazpi campus is composed of two sub-campuses which primarily offers undergraduate programs in
Maritime Education. In addition to these are programs in
Customs Administration, Hospitality Management, Mechanical Engineering, and
Hotel and Restaurant Management. And with the campus' well-equipped facilities, students will be exposed to comprehensive sea-based and land-based training and instruction necessary for their student development.
