Medina College is a private, non-sectarian school founded in
Ozamiz, Misamis Occidental. It was established in 1963 as
Medina School of Midwifery by Dr. Rico Medina, Sr. and Dr. Beatriz Medina. The college branched out 20 years later in Sapang Dalaga, Misamis Occidental as the
Medina Foundation College. Then, another 16 years later,
Medina College, Pagadian City was open for enrollment in
Zamboanga del Sur. Medina College sees itself embodying three communities as avenues for student growth: the Christian, the Academic, and the Filipino Communities. Its graduates are globally competitive but at the same time preserve and care for the Filipino culture.
Median College–Pagadian currently has a Senior High School and a College department. The SHS department has two strands available—
STEM and
TVL. The College department also provides two
CHED-recognized undergraduate programs—
BS in Medical Technology and BS in Radiologic Technology.
