Mindoro State College of Agriculture and Technology (MSCAT) is a public educational institution located in Victoria, Oriental Mindoro. The institution is composed of two satellite campuses located in
Calapan City and
Bongabong.
Established in 1951, the school started out as the Mindoro National Agricultural School (MINAS), a secondary school specializing in Agriculture. Now, this humble academic institution offers a wide variety of undergraduate and graduate programs. MinSCAT provides undergraduate degree programs in
Agriculture, Teacher Education, Environmental Science, Information Technology, Horticulture, Eco-Tourism Management, and
Horticulture. The school is also open for students who are looking to have their graduate and postgraduate study in the institution. Under its graduate study programs are masters and doctoral degrees in
