Requirements

General Guidelines for Admissions 
  1. Senior High School is open to students from public and private schools with or without voucher
  2. Entrance examination is given to new students for Basic Education including Alternative Learning System (ALS)
  3. Students applicants for Technical Vocational program should be High School graduate 
  4. Preferable age bracket for the Basic Education program and Alternative Learning System
    • Alternative Learning System – 19 years old and above
    • Junior High School – 12 to 16 years old
    • Senior High School – 17 to 18 years old
Admissions Requirements
  • NSO Birth Certificate, original and photocopy
  • Form 138-Report Card (preferably, final average grade is 80%+ from last school attended) 
  •  Form 137 (Transcript of Records from the last school attended)
  • Character Reference from Last School Attended/Sponsoring Organization or Barangay/Police Clearance
  • ITR or Certification from Employer with Salary (if applicant is employed)
  • ITR or Certification of Employer with Salary of parents (if applicant is not employed)
  • Photocopy of Marriage Contract (if married)
  • Chest X-ray (film/medical certificate) – to be submitted in June
  • Drug Test Result (procedure to be advised by OSA)
  • Three (3) Passport size ID picture (white background with name)

Miriam Adult Education (MAE) is a pioneer school in Adult Education in the Philippines estblished by the Maryknoll Sisters in 1960. Began as a special academic unit, it provide quality and affordable education to underprivileged adults and out-of-school youth. 

At present, MAE offer Junior and Senior High School, Alternative Learning System (ALS) and Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) programs. MAE also opened to students who are deaf through mainstreaming in classroom learning in all levels and courses.

They aim to equip students with necessary life skills, knowledge, and the values to help them improve their lives through th eprograms that they are providing.
