Mountain Province State University (MPSU) is a public state college in
Bontoc, Mountain Province. It started in 1969 as a community college, striving its way to eventually become a state college. In 1992, the school initially offered only four degree programs namely,
BS in Elementary Education, BS in Commerce, BS in Accountancy, and Bachelor of Arts. Non-degree programs like
