Murdoch University was founded during the 1960's. It currently has more than 22,000 students and over 2,000 staff, including 2,000 overseas students from around 100 countries. It has three campuses in
Australia: Perth, Mandura, and Rockingham. It also has one in Singapore and in Dubai.
The University offers
undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate programs in education, science, health, technology, creative arts and communication, business, social and cultural studies, engineering, and law.
Murdoch University has received a number of recognitions by various organizations. It holds a
five-star rating from the The Good Universities Guide in 2018. Its sports science programs are also ranked among best in the world according to the
Shanghai Ranking Global Ranking of Sport Science Schools and Departments.
