Requirements

Freshmen
  • NORSU Admission Test (NAT) 
  • English Qualifying Exam 
  • Form 138 or High School Report Card 
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the High School Principal
  • 2 copies of NSO Birth Certificate 
  • Four 2” x 2” colored pictures with white background with name printed at the back
  • Mailing stamps worth Php 20 inserted in a long ordinary envelope
  • Three long-size brown envelope to contain all the above.

Transferees
 
  • NORSU Admission Test (NAT) 
  • English Qualifying Exam 
  • Official Transcript of Records and Honorable Dismissal 
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character signed by the High School Principal
  • 2 copies of NSO Birth Certificate 
  • Four 2” x 2” colored pictures with white background with name printed at the back
  • Mailing stamps worth Php 20 inserted in a long ordinary envelope
  • Three long-size brown envelope to contain all the above.

Foreign Nationals
 
  • Alien Certificate of Recognition (ACR) from the Bureau of Immigration
  • Student VISA or letter of approval for the conversion to Student VISA
  • Letter of intent to study (indicating the course) at NORSU addressed to the University Registrar.
  • Photocopies of :
     
    • Passport where the point of entry stamp is indicated
    • Passport where the personal information is indicated
       
  • Rid Ribbon Certificate of the following:
     
    • Affidavit of Support
    • Transcript of Records or Secondary Certificate
    • Birth Certificate
    • No Derogatory Record
       
  • Certificate of Secondary Course Completion (with Certificate of Red Ribbon)
  • Student Transcript of Records (with Certificate of Red Ribbon) for College Level
  • 2 x 2 colored pictures with white background (2 copies)
  • Local address (Dumaguete City address), local contact number, local person of reference

NOTE: 
 
  • All Education, Birth and supporting documents should be duly certified by the Philippine Embassy through the Certificate of Red Ribbon. 
  • Students requesting for conversion of 9(a) visa to 9(f) should comply with the requirements set by the Bureau of Immigration

The NORSU - Bayawan-Sta.Catalina Campus, or formerly known as the Negros Oriental National Agricultural School, is a public external campus included in the Negros Oriental State University system. The abovementioned campus is considered to be the largest in terms of land area as it encompasses two local government units, the City of Bayawan and the Municipality of Santa Catalina. 

Just like its sister campuses, the Bayawan-Sta.Catalina campus offers degree and non-degree programs in the fields of Agriculture, Computer Studies, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Criminology, Education, and Industrial Technology.
