Also forms part of the
Negros Oriental State University is the
Negros Oriental State University - Guihulngan (NORSU Guihulngan). Unlike the other campuses in the system, the Guihulngan campus started as a secondary school known as the Guihulngan Vocational High School until it became part of the university system.
The Guihulngan campus now is composed of six colleges that offer undergraduate programs in the areas of
Computer Studies, Business Administration, Education, Industrial Technology, Agriculture, and
Criminology. In addition to these programs are short-courses (associate programs) in
Computer Science, Secretarial Science, Hospitality Management, Medical, Dental, and Nursing Assistant, Industrial Technology, Criminology, and in
Midwifery.
