Formerly the Siaton Community College, the NORSU - Siaton is one of the public satellite campuses that comprise the Negros Oriental State University. The Siaton campus is also one of the pioneer campuses that were integrated into the system in 2003 by the virtue of Republic Act 9299

Currently, this satellite campus opens its admission for students who are looking for academic and non-academic programs in the fields of Criminology, Computer Studies, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, and Teacher Education. Interestingly, the Siaton campus is the only satellite campus in the system that offers the least number of non-academic programs.
