Northern Christian College (NCC) is a private school in
Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. It was founded in 1933 as the
Northern Luzon Christian College and is committed to providing a quality education that also instills Christian values in its students. During the Second World War, Northern Luzon Christian College closed and re-opened after as the Northern Christian College.
At present, NCC has programs from the preschool level to the graduate level. The institution is recognized by DepEd to provide the K-12 curriculum; it has a Senior High School (SHS) department with the
Academic and the
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) Tracks. For college students, NCC has undergraduate courses offered under six academic units:
Theology; Business Education; Nursing; Midwifery; Arts, Sciences, and Social Work; and,
Teacher Education. For degree holders who want to pursue further studies or get certified for another program, NCC has a
Graduate School department offering Doctor of Education, MA in Education, and Master in Public Administration; a
Professional Education program is also available in the institution.
