Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College - Victorino Salcedo (NIPSC - Victorino Salcedo), formerly the Sara campus, is a public satellite campus situated in the municipality of Sara, Iloilo. The campus was initially established as a secondary school which was then converted into a polytechnic college in 1995 by the virtue of Republic Act 7934. Eventually, the campus was integrated on the
Northern Iloilo Polytechnic State College system in 1999.
The Victorino Salcedo campus is composed mostly of undergraduate programs. These courses include bachelor's degrees in
Hotel and Restaurant Management, Criminology, Tourism Management, and
Industrial Technology with major in
Electrical Technology. Significantly, these courses are duly recognized ad accredited by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
