Notre Dame of Dadiangas University (NDDU) is a private, Catholic school in General Santos City. It started operations in 1953 as a co-educational high school annex of Notre Dame of Lagao. It was established by the Marist Brothers (FMS), and this Notre Dame annex is the first school in the Philippines founded by the Marist Brothers. Two years later, the school already became an independent institution. The college department was opened in 1959, and the elementary department opened in 1961. Then, the school was granted its university status in 2006. NDDU has two other campuses, Lagao and Espina, which both house Integrated Basic Education Departments.

Notre Dame currently provides a variety of undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate programs under five departments: Business; Arts and Sciences; Health Sciences; Education; and, Architecture, Engineering, and Technology.  The university also has a Senior High School department offering strands from the Academic track, namely ABM, HUMSS, and STEM.
