The Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM) program helps prepare students for management careers in hotels, restaurants, resorts, casinos, convention centers, health care and corporate dining facilities, educational institutions, and other commercial and non-commercial settings. Students gain a general education background, take Hospitality Management professional courses and earn 720 hours of supervised work experience in the industry.
The program offers three specialization options to accommodate students' individual career interests (for Valenzuela City Campus only):
CULINARY AND FOOD SERVICE ENTREPRENEURSHIP (CUFSE)
This specialization program is intended to provide culinary enthusiast students with the business knowledge and skills necessary to open their own business and/or work in a management capacity at a food-related small business.
HOSPITALITY SERVICES IN CRUISE LINE OPERATIONS (HOSCLO)
This specialization program is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills needed for a successful career in hospitality operations part of cruise, as well as providing an essential understanding of elements relating to life and work on a cruise ship.
INTEGRATED RESORT AND CASINO MANAGEMENT (IRCM)
This specialization program aimed to offer students with the concepts and competencies requried in developing and managing resorts, gaming operations.
