Course Description

Responding to the growing needs and demands of CAMANAVA for a degree program in Hospitality Education, OLFU established the College of Hospitality and Institutional Management.
The Commission on Higher Education granted OLFU-CHIM as a Center of Excellence for its outstanding contribution to hospitality education. The CHIM offered Three (3) Programs that prepare students for managerial positions in lodging segment, food and beverage segment and tourism segment, namely:
Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management
Specialization in HOSCLO (Hospitality in Cruise Line Operations)
Specialization in CUFSE (Culinary and Food Service Entrepreneurship)
Specialization in IRCM (Integrated Resort and Casino Management)
Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Services (2 years only)
Bachelor of Science in Travel Management
Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics
