Our Lady of Mercy College Bacolod is a TESDA accredited private institution located in Mandalagan, Bacolod City. It was established in 2008 when the Bacolod Our Lady of Mercy Specialty Hospital management decided to maximize their resources and create a medical program instead of just providing medical care. Its Technical-Vocational program offerings include Health Care Services, Household Services, and Practical Nursing for students who are at least 18 years of age. A National Certificate is also given upon a successful assesment.
