ETEEAP (Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program) allows individuals to attain an academic degree through an assessment process that recognizes, credits, and gives equivalencies to knowledge, skills, and prior learning gained from relevant formal, non-formal, and informal training and work experiences. The Philippine Women's University is one of the institutions deputized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to implement this program.
The following criteria must be met in order to be considered for admission:
Completed secondary education program or passed the Philippine Educational Placement Test (PEPT) equivalent to the first-year college
At least 25 years as supported by an NSO authenticated birth certificate
At least 5 years of work experience related to the academic degree applied for
The following documents must be submitted (Original and two photocopies)

Letter of Intent
NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate
True copy of Grades or Transcript of Records from previous formal schooling (Honorable Dismissal/Transfer Credential) - original and 2 photocopies

Certificate of Employment
Certificates of training, awards, participation in conferences and workshops as evidence of industry-related experience
