Started out as an agriculture school, the
Pangasinan State University - San Carlos (PSU - San Carlos) is now a public external campus part of the
Pangasinan State University university system. In its early days, the campus was known as the
Speaker Eugenio Perez National Agricultural School (SEPNAS) and is considered as the 5th campus to become part of the system.
Presently, the San Carlos campus is home for undergraduate programs in the fields of
Agriculture, Teacher Education, Business, Computer Studies, and
Hospitality Management. Some of its programs have majors that students can choose from to develop their own specializations. And being in a university system, the San Carlos campus is duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
