Partido State University (PARSU)
is a state university system in the province of Camarines Sur.
The university was originally founded in 1941 as the Partido High School. It has campuses in San Jose, Lagonoy
. In 1986, the school was converted into Partido State College by the virtue of Presidential Decree Number 2011. The creation of the school together with the six other schools/colleges in the district was later recognized by Republic Act No. 9029 signed by then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo elevating its status to a university in 2001.
PARSU offers courses in Arts and Sciences, Engineering, Technology, Business, and Management.
The school also provides graduate study programs with graduate and post-graduate programs in Education, Public Affairs,
and Business Administration
