Partido State University (PARSU) is a state university system in the province of
Camarines Sur. The university was originally founded in 1941 as the Partido High School. It has campuses in
San Jose, Lagonoy,
Salogon,
Tinambak,
Caramoan,
Sagnay. In 1986, the school was converted into Partido State College by the virtue of Presidential Decree Number 2011. The creation of the school together with the six other schools/colleges in the district was later recognized by Republic Act No. 9029 signed by then President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo elevating its status to a university in 2001.
PARSU offers courses in
Arts and Sciences, Engineering, Technology, Business, and Management. The school also provides graduate study programs with graduate and post-graduate programs in
Education, Public Affairs, and
Business Administration.
