  • Result of Evaluation (to be issued by the Dean)

Cross-Enrollees
 
  • Permit from Home Institution signed by the registrar.
  • List of subject(s)& No. of units to be taken

Second Coursers
 
  • Application Form
  • Transcript of Records
  • Must have a GWA of 2.5 or better from his/her previous course (University Code Chapter 28, Sec. 2, Art. 233a)
  • Pass the interview from the Dean/Campus Dean where he /she will take the second course
  • Special Permit to study from the Employer(if employed)
  • 5 copies of latest 1 x 1 picture with white background

Partido State University - Lagonoy (PARSU - Lagonoy) is a public educational institution in Lagonoy, Camarines Sur and one of the campuses of Partido State University (PARSU). Originally, the campus started as a fishery school pursuant to Republic Act No. 8417 as the Lagonoy Fishery School (LFS). 

Its flagship program is a bachelors degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Also offered are undergraduate programs in Industrial Security Management, Criminology, and Public Health. Since its establishment, it has been providing quality education to the citizens of Lagonoy and its neighboring areas; developing them into highly-skilled graduates who can contribute to the nation.
