The Pateros Catholic School is a private co-educational institution in Pateros established in 1951 by Reverend Monsignor Felix G. Sicat, as the Pateros Catholic High School (PCHS) offering secondary and vocational courses. In 1961, PCHS started opened its elementary department; forming a complete set of primary and secondary education curriculum. This has led to the change to its current name.

PCS is known for its strict compliance of school guidelines not only by the students but its whole faculty and administration. Since its establishment, PCS has produced graduates that are well-grounded and disciplined.

Pateros Catholic School is recognized by the Department of Education (DepEd) and the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU) and is also affiliated with the  Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP).
