Freshmen
- Original High School Card (Form 138) or its equivalent
- Current Certificate of Good Behavior issued by the Guidance Counselor or High School Principal
- Three (3) copies of 1x1 I.D. color pictures
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Entrance Examination Result (for degree course)
Transferees
- Certificate of Permission to Transfer (Transfer Credential)
- Certified True Copy of Grades or Transcript of Records (for reference/evaluation purposes)
Senior High School
- Original Junior High School Report Card
- Certificate of Good Behavior issued by the Guidance Counselor or High School Principal
- Four (4) copies of 1x1 picture
- Original PSA Birth Certificate
Procedures
- Present all requirements to the Admissions and Evaluations Officer and register at the PATTS Enrollment System.
- Proceed to the Cashier’s Office for payment. An Entrance Examination Slip will be issued; present this to Exam Facilitator on the day of examination.
Entrance Exam schedule
During Enrollment Period, schedule is every Saturday at 9:00 am and at 2:00 pm.
During Summer (April-May), schedule is every Wednesday and Saturday at 9:00 am and 2:00 pm.
Schedule may change based on Academic Calendar.
Please confirm with College prior to booking transportation or accommodation.
Enrollment Procedures
Freshmen
- Applicant shall proceed to the Admission/Course Counseling Section for the Enrollment forms, student number and for proper endorsement.
- Screening Committee - for the Personal Undertaking
- IT Center/Computer Laboratory - for Password Registration and Class Schedule Reservation.
- Register with the PATTS Enrollment System
- After the registration, schedule of classes may be enrolled or reserved by the student depending on the availability of slots in each subject.
- Schedule reservation is valid only for twenty-four (24) hours. Students will have to reserve again should they fail to finish the enrollment process within the prescribed reservation period.
- Enrollment Advisers - for checking / validating of subjects / sections reserved
- Accounting Office - for verification of account and checking of fees
- Enrollment Advisers - for final approval and printing of Certificate of Enrollment
- PATTS Bookstore - for payment of test booklets, PE and ROTC Uniforms and others
- Cashiers Office - for payment of fees
- PATTS Clinic - for medical and dental check-up
- Library - for application of College ID and others
Transferees
