Requirements

Freshmen
Procedures

Admission: Secure list of requirements and locator number at Admission Office.
Cashier: Pay for the locator number at the Cashier.
Admission: At Admission Office, present receipt of payment. Take the entrance exam and get the result.
Cashier: Pay for the enrollment kit at the Cashier. Present the receipt to the University Supply Center and obtain enrollment kit (includes official brown envelope, Student Handbook, mailing stamps, mailing envelopes.
Admission: Submit validated requirements at the Admission Office. Fill out admission form for encoding of 201 file.
Dean: At the Dean's Office, submit the validated and signed Dean's Copy envelope. Request for validation and assessment of subjects to be enrolled.
Cashier: Pay for the assessed tuition and other fees at the Cashier.
Registrar: Present receipt of payment and get the official registration form at the Registrar's Office.

Transferees
Procedures

Admission: Secure list of requirements and locator number at Admission Office
Dean: Present Copy of grades from previous school for evaluation at the Dean's Office. Secure and fill-out credit subject form from Registrar for Dean's recommending approval.
Cashier: Pay for the locator number at the Cashier
Admission: At Admission Office, present receipt of payment. Take the entrance exam and get the result.
Cashier: Pay the enrollment kit at the Cashier. Present to the University Supply Center.
