This course guides students to be Nutritionist Dietitians that ensures the health and well-being of people through good and proper nutrition. The program is designed to equip students with the fundamental knowledge, skills and values of food preparation for the professional world. Students are trained in the Nutrition Laboratory to prepare proper diets and food preparations for people with different medical conditions. The 700 hour On the Job Training in three areas such as Hospitals, Food Service and in the Community ensures students are exposed to practical knowledge and skills in the real world.
