PHINMA UPang offers a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, a four-year course that provides students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and training as a preparation for civil engineering as a profession. This includes designing, constructing, and maintaining buildings, and public infrastructure and facilities. This is also offered in PHINMA UPang College Urdaneta. 

Graduates of this course are qualified and must take the board exams regulated by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in order to practice their profession. ​​​​​​​
