PHINMA UPang offers a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Science program that provides students with knowledge in the fields of Clinical Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Immunohematology, Immunology and Serology, Urinalysis, Clinical Microscopy, Parasitology, Cytology, and Histopathology, and skills as they undergo in a rotational internship program.

Graduates of BS Medical Laboratory Science are qualified to take the board exams regulated by the Professional Regulation Commission to qualify as registered medical technologists and be able to work in the private or public health sector in practice. They may also pursue their career in academe as researchers and educators.
