What does Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Sto. Tomas Campus stand for?

Polytechnic University of the Philippines - Sto. Tomas (PUP - Sto. Tomas) is a public educational institution in Sto. Tomas, Batangas. It is one of the satellite campuses of Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP) in the South Luzon area. Founded in 1992, the Sto. Tomas campus was established through a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the former PUP President Nemesio Prudente and the LGU of Sto. Tomas, Batangas. 

Under its curriculum, students can pursue undergraduate degree programs in the fields of Business, Engineering, Behavioral Sciences, and Teacher Education. Interestingly, its Psychology program is one of the only two psychology programs in the whole university system (the other one is in the Sta. Rosa campus). Further, diploma programs Information Communication Technology and Office Management Technology are also offered in the Sto. Tomas campus.
