Sacred Heart School - Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-ADC) is a private Catholic Jesuit non-profit coeducational Chinese-Filipino school located in
Mandaue City, Cebu with a satellite campus in Gen. Maxilom Avenue. It was established in
1955 formerly known as Sacred Heart School for Boys until it changed its name on March 4, 2010, to cater for both girls and boys. The school aims to provide academic excellence, personal discipline and also serve as a bridge between Filipino and Chinese-Filipino communities through Christian education to produce graduates who are God-fearing, a responsible citizen, and an effective leader.
SHS-ADC implements a
K-12 basic education curriculum that offers preschool, grade school, junior and senior high school. It is under the resolution ordered by the Department of Education (
DepEd). It has the
ABM strand,
STEM strand,
GAS, and
HUMSS strand under the
Academic track for its senior high school program. It is a member of the
Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation (CESAFI) and has a varsity in basketball, football, volleyball, badminton, chess, swimming, table tennis, taekwondo, and track & field.
