For Grade 11

 • Application for the incoming school year begins every December
 • Required Documents for evaluation before the entrance examination:

1.) Original and photocopy of PSA (formerly NSO) Birth Certificate
2.) A certified true copy of report cards
     ✔ Grade 9 (completed)
     ✔ Grade 10 (with 1st & 2nd quarter grades)
     Note: No failing grade in any subject and in any quarter
                Please provide numerical equivalent for letter grades

3.) Copy of NCAE Results
4.) Application and Testing Fee: P 600.00

Procedures:

STEP 1: For Early Education applicants, bring the child and his/ her PSA Birth Certificate to the Psychological Testing Services Office for pre-screening.

For Grade School, Junior and Senior High School applicants, present a copy of PSA Birth certificate and a certified true copy of the report card with 1st & 2nd quarter grades to the Psychological Testing Services Office for evaluation.

STEP 2: Pay the testing fee of the qualified applicant at the Accounting Office. Present the official receipt to the Psychological Testing Services Office and claim the application kit.

STEP 3: Submit the completed application forms and other requirements to the Psychological  Testing Services Office at least three (3) working days before the test date. An examination permit indicating specific details about the test schedule will be issued to the applicant.

STEP 4: Present the exam permit to the test proctor and take the admission tests on the scheduled date. Applicants are requested to be at the testing venue at least 30 minutes before the time.

STEP 5: When applicable, come for a scheduled interview at the Psychological Testing Services Office.

STEP 6: The Psychological Testing Services Office will contact the parents/ guardians on the admission status of the applicant ten (10) working days after the entrance examination.

STEP 7: If accepted, parents/ guardians may get the Acceptance Letter in the Psychological Testing Services  Office to pay a non-refundable/ non-transferable reservation fee on or before the deadline indicated.

Sacred Heart School - Ateneo de Cebu (SHS-ADC) is a private Catholic Jesuit non-profit coeducational Chinese-Filipino school located in Mandaue City, Cebu with a satellite campus in Gen. Maxilom Avenue. It was established in 1955 formerly known as  Sacred Heart School for Boys until it changed its name on March 4, 2010, to cater for both girls and boys. The school aims to provide academic excellence, personal discipline and also serve as a bridge between Filipino and Chinese-Filipino communities through Christian education to produce graduates who are God-fearing, a responsible citizen, and an effective leader. 

SHS-ADC implements a K-12 basic education curriculum that offers preschool, grade school, junior and senior high school. It is under the resolution ordered by the Department of Education (DepEd). It has the ABM strand, STEM strand, GAS, and HUMSS strand under the Academic track for its senior high school program. It is a member of the Cebu Schools Athletic Foundation (CESAFI) and has a varsity in basketball, football, volleyball, badminton, chess, swimming, table tennis, taekwondo, and track & field.
