Freshmen
  • Original copy of the Report Card (Form 138A)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Result of qualifying exams and the English Proficiency Test required by the school and/or the college where one intends to enroll.
  • Interview with the Dean concerned
  • 5 pcs. 2x2 colored ID with white background for the Dean's Office, Librarian, Guidance Office and Registrar's Office and SPS Office.
  • Birth Certificate
  • Window-stamped letter envelope with complete name and address of parents/guardian to whom the final rating card will be sent.
  • Marriage certificate (photocopy; if married)


Transferees
 
  • Honorable Dismissal from the School last attended
  • True Copy of Grades (TOR)
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Interview with the Dean concerned

St. Ferdinand College (SFC) is a private Catholic educational institution in Ilagan, Isabela.

Established in 1950, St. Ferdinand College was founded on Christian democratic by the Knights of Columbus Ilagan Council 3705.
