  • Does this mean I will spend two more years in High School?

    Yes. But these two additional years will equip you with skills that will better prepare you for the future, whether it be; Kolehiyo, Trabaho or Negosyo!

  • Graduate School Students

    Qualifications

    The applicant must have finished the prerequisite degree/s prior to acceptance to the Graduate Program:

    • For a Master’s degree, the applicant must have a baccalaureate degree from an institution of recognized standing.
    • For a Doctorate degree, the applicant must have a Master’s degree in related fields from an institution of recognized standing.
    Requirements and Procedure
    1. The applicant must bring a copy of his transcript of records to the Graduate Program Coordinator (GPC) of the School of Advanced Studies where s/he intends to enroll.
    2. The GPC will evaluate his transcript and conduct a personal interview to determine if he qualifies for the program.
    3. Upon the recommendation of the GPC, the appropriate fee shall be paid to the Finance Office and the applicant must undergo and pass the Graduate Programs Entrance Examination (GPEE) to be given by the Psychological Testing Unit (Second Basement of the Fr. Theophile Verbist Christian Formation Center, beside the Parish Hall) of the SLU Guidance Center.
    4. After passing the interview and exam, he will receive an endorsement from the Graduate Program Coordinator.
    5. The applicant shall go through the official enrollment process as duly scheduled bringing the endorsement as well as the following requirements:
    • Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal
    • Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records
    • Certified True Copy of Birth Certificate
    • Certificate of Graduation
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character
    • 6 copies of 2×2 picture

  • Senior High School Students

    • Photocopy of Grade 10 Report Card / Form 138 / Form 137a;
    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate (NSO / PSA);
    • 2 copies of most recent 2X2 identical ID picture (Close up; with Name Tag and white background; applicant in decent haircut- no color or highlight; no earrings for boys and no multiple earrings for girls; and applicant should be in his/ her school uniform);
    • Testing Fee Receipt of Php 400.00 or Certificate of Discount for SLU regular employee’s dependent/s; and
    • 1 long white folder.

  • Undergraduate Foreign Students

    1. Six (6) copies of the student’s Personal History Statement (PHS), duly accomplished and signed by the applicant in English and in his national alphabet, accompanied by his personal seal, if any, his original left and right thumbprints on the PHS, and an original (2×2) photo in plain white background taken not more than 6 months prior to submission;
    2. Official transcript of records (2 copies), duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in the applicant’s country of origin or legal residence. “SEEN and NOTED” stamp is not acceptable;
    3. A notarized Affidavit of SUPPORT and proof of adequate financial support (such as bank certificates) or notarized Notice of Grant for Institutional scholars to cover the expenses of the student while studying;
    4. Photocopy of the student’s passport showing his name, photo, birthdate and birthplace, and birth certificate or its equivalent duly authenticated by the Phil. Embassy; and
    5. SLU application fee of $130.00 (Checks should be payable to Saint Louis University).
    In addition to the documents submitted to the DFA, the student shall submit the following requirements to the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in his home country upon the receipt of the Notice of Interview: 
    1. Original copy of the SLU’s Notice of Acceptance (NOA) containing a clear impression of the school’s dry seal, addressed to the student;
    2. For Medicine students only: Original copy of the Certificate of Eligibility for Admission (CEA) issued by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to be processed by Saint Louis University;
    3. Police Clearance issued by the National Police Authorities in the student’s country of origin or legal residence, authenticated by the Phil. Foreign Service Post having consular jurisdiction over the place; and
    4. Medical Health Certificate issued by an authorized physician including a standardized chest x-ray.

  • Undergraduate Transferees

    1. Application letter with the following information: 
    • former school/s attended and course/s taken
    • experiences in the former school/s
    • reason/s for transferring to SLU
    • course to be pursued in SLU
    • reason/s for choosing the intended course
    • promise to abide by the rules and regulations of SLU
    1. Certified true copy of complete academic records
    2. Certificate/s of Good Moral Character from previous school/s
    3. Six (6) copies of latest and identical ID pictures (2”x2”)
    4. Birth Certificate
    5. Police Clearance form hometown
    6. Transfer Credential (Honorable Dismissal)

  • Undergraduate Freshmen

    1. Accomplish electronically the SLU-CEE Application Form via the SLU Website; www.slu.edu.ph; for walk-in/group filing applicants who cannot apply online, please proceed to the SLU University Registrar’s Office, Admissions Section;
    2. Accomplish in hard copy the Principal’s Recommendation Form
    3. Accomplish in hard copy the SLU Data Privacy Policy Form
    4. Pay SLU-CEE Fee (Bank Deposit to the SLU Account or Personal Payment to the SLU Finance Office): Five Hundred Fifty Pesos (P550.00) for Baguio testing or Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (P750.00) for satellite testing. The paid-up SLU-CEE fee is non-refundable;
    5. The SLU-CEE Test Permit is valid until August 2020 only.
