      • If employed, Certificate of Good Moral Character may be obtained from the Human Resource Department or its equivalent
    • Original copy of Transcript of Records
    • Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer/Transfer Credentials or Honorable Dismissal issued by the Registrar’s Office of the last school attended
      • This is not required for SBCA graduates
    • Two (2) recent 2”x2” pictures in color with a white background
    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (formerly National Statistics Office)

  • Graduate School

    Requirements

    • Admission fee of Php700
      • Non-refundable and to be paid at the Cashier, Finance Department
    • Duly accomplished Application Form
    • Recommendation obtained from any of the following:
      • Dean
      • Professors
      • Instructor
      • Guidance Counselor
      • An employed applicant may secure a Letter of Recommendation from his/her current employer, immediate head, or supervisor
      • Please use SBCA Student Academic and Discipline Appraisal Form
    • Certificate of Good Moral Character obtained from former/current school. If employed, Certificate of Good Moral Character may be obtained from the respective company’s Human Resource Department or its equivalent
    • Certified true copy of grades or Transcript of Records for evaluation. If Transcript of Records is not available yet, submit the following:
      • Certified true copy of grades for evaluation
      • Certificate of Eligibility to Transfer/Transfer Credentials/Honorable Dismissal (Photocopy)
        • Note required for SBCA graduates
      • Photocopy of Certificate of Candidacy for Graduation
    • Two (2) recent 2”x2” pictures with a white background and applicant’s name written at the back
    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
    • If married, Original copy of PSA Marriage Contract (for female applicants only)
    • Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (for catholic applicants) or Signed Non-Catholic waiver (for non-Catholic applicants)
    • Course description (for non-psychology, non-business, non-I.T. graduates)

    • In the absence of the above, submit Original Copy of the Official Transcript of Records with Special order Number and with remarks “For Further Studies” or “Copy valid for San Beda College Alabang Graduate School”

    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)

  • Undergraduate Filipino Student from a Foreign School

    Requirements

    • Recommendation obtained from any of the following:
      • School Principal
      • Advisor
      • Mentor
      • Discipline Head

    • English translation and duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located at the student applicant’s country of origin of the following:
      • Certificate of Year level completed from the last school attended (with school’s dry seal) or Certificate of Graduation (Photocopy and Original)
      • Photocopy and Original Transcript of Records with corresponding numerical equivalence or interpretation (with school’s dry seal)
      • Authentication of Transcript of Records/Report Cards is not required for applicants previously enrolled in Elementary and Secondary Philippine schools or Philippine recognized schools abroad
    • Photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)
    • Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate (for Catholic applicants) or Signed non-Catholic waiver (for non-Catholic applicants)

    • English Translation and duly authenticated by the Philippine Foreign Service Post located at the student applicant’s country of origin of the following:
