San Carlos College (formerly Pangasinan Institute of Education, Arts and Science) is a private educational institution in
San Carlos City, Pangasinan. It was established through the initiative of Fortunato C. De Veyra in 1946 with the Elementary Teachers Course. More tertiary programs were added over the years; in 1964, the first graduate program was opened. Now, SCC offers the complete basic education program in addition to its higher education programs.
San Carlos College currently offers undergraduate and graduate degree courses under three college units:
Teacher Education, Accountancy and Business Administration, and
Information and Computing Studies. In its basic education department, SCC provides the
Academic and the
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) tracks for interested Senior High School (SHS) students.
