Southern Baptist College (SBC) is a private school in the municipality of
M'Lang, Cotabato. It was founded in 1952 by a group of Christian parents, who wanted to build a Christian school, especially one that would cater to higher education students in Mindanao. The school was initially named United Christian College and was renamed to SBC in 1956.
SBC caters to students from the kindergarten level to the college level. For interested Senior High School (SHS) students, the school offers
Academic and
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) strands. For college students, SBC has bachelor's degree courses in
Teacher Education, Business, Accounting Technology, Information Technology, Liberal Arts, Public Administration, Midwifery, and Theology. Additionally, the college has
technical-vocational courses for those who want to train in particular skills and earn a National Certificate (NC) at the end of the training.
