St. Catherine's College (SCC) is a private, Catholic school in
Carcar, Cebu. It was founded in 1923 by Father Anastacio del Corro along with four Belgian sisters of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (ICM) congregation led by Sister Marie Allix. In its first couple of years, the school catered to female students in kindergarten, elementary, and high school students. It became coeducational after the Second World War. In 1993, college programs in Teacher Education and Liberal Arts opened, which was followed by courses in Computer Studies and Business the next academic year.
The college currently has three academic units offering undergraduate programs—

Business. It also offers Senior High School upon the implementation of the K-12 program; the SHS department has available strands from the
Academic and the
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) tracks. These programs are duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education
