The Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management is a four-year degree program that aims to equip students with the appropriate skills, knowledge, and attitude needed in order to be effective in delivering of necessary services in the hospitality industry. Students in this program will be involved in various training that will help them develop their management skills which will be vital in addressing the need of the different sectors of the hospitality industry, especially in the resort and hotel operations, front office, culinary, and tourism.
A graduate of this program can work as a Front Desk Clerk, as a Chef, as a Restaurant Manager, and as a Bartender.
