St. Paul College Foundation, Inc. (SPCFI) is a private school in
Cebu. It was founded in 1985 as the
St. Paul Academy, offering a one-year Nursing Aide course and a two-year Paramedical Aide course in its first couple of years. In 1988, the academy was renamed St. Paul College; and shortly after, it started to offer tertiary programs and even opened a high school department. It was in 2000 when the college name was changed to its current one. SPFCFI currently has three campuses: Bulacao,
Mandaue, and
Ramos.
Also recognized as the main campus,
SPCFI-Bulacao currently provides programs from Nursery to College. It has a Senior High School (SHS) department offering a variety of strands from the
Academic and the
Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) tracks. For college students, the campus has four-year degree programs in
Criminology, Information Technology, Elementary and Secondary Education, and
Midwifery. Also available is a two-year
Diploma in Midwifery program and a six-month
