  • NSO/PSA Birth Certificate (original copy for verification &2 photocopies)
  • Parents’ Marriage Certificate / Affidavit of Marital Status / Solo Parent ID (original copy for verification & 1 photocopy)
  • Baptismal Certificate (original copy for verification &2 photocopies)
  • 1” x 1” recent ID picture (2 pieces)
  • Report Card (at least as of Second Quarter, 1 Photocopy) of academic average of at least 83.00%; character grade of at least 83.00% or its equivalent letter grade, and with Learner’s Reference Number (original copy for verification & 1 photocopy)
  • Original Certificate of Good Moral Character
  • Filled out Recommendation Form with seal (by either Class Adviser or Guidance Counselor in previous school), which are available online or at the Guidance Center
FOREIGN APPLICANTS
  • All the above-mentioned requirements
  • Photocopy of Passport with at least 6 months validity
  • Photocopy of Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) Card
  • Photocopy of Special Study Permit (SSP) from Bureau of Immigration and Deportation, if available
  • Transcript of Records/Permanent Record (see Notes for Foreign Applicants)

Accordingly, the scholastic record must be authenticated by the Office of the Philippine Embassy / Office of the Consular Official in the country which has jurisdiction over the issuing school, including an English translation of the  entries particularly the name of student, subjects, grades and grade/year level. The translation will facilitate evaluation thereof.

The St. Paul College of Makati (SPCM) is a private, Catholic, education institution in Makati City. The school was founded in 1942 as the Makati Catholic School before it became the St. Paul College of Makati in 2002. The school is managed by the Sisters of Saint Paul of Chartres (SPC). 

At present, St. Paul College of Makati offers programs in pre-school, Grade School, Junior High School, and Senior High School. SPCM's Senior High School Department offers strands in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), Accountancy and Business Management (ABM), Humanities and Social Sciences (HUMSS), and the General Academic Strand (GAS).
