St. Rita's College of Balingasag (SRCB) is a private school in Misamis Oriental and is affiliated with the Congregation of the Religious of the Virgin Mary (RVM). It started in the early 1900s as a parochial elementary school, offering Catholic education to the young residents of the parish. The then St. Rita's School was handled by Jesuits, but it was entrusted to the RVM sisters in 1957. In 1968, the sisters opened a college department, officially changing the school into a college.
St. Rita's College keeps up to date with its facilities and strategies of instruction, giving students the opportunity and advantage of transforming both themselves and other people. The college currently provides basic and higher education programs. The Senior High School department has program curriculums in the Academic and the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) tracks. The College department has courses in Criminology, Business Management, Information Technology, Hotel & Restaurant Mangement, and Elementary and Secondary Education.
St. Rita's College of Balingasag is recognized by both DepEd and CHED. Its High School program also has a Level II PAASCU accreditation. Additionally, SRCB is a member of the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP).
