Program Description 

The Master of Science in Management Psychology and Counseling prepares the students in the professional practice of psychology and counseling in the workplace. This program trains students in the fundamentals of business and people management. This includes core business, psychology, and counseling subjects related to practice in the corporate/industrial setting. The program prepares the students for management, applicable psychology and counseling competencies beneficial to individuals in the workplace and the organization as a whole.

Program Objectives

At the end of the degree program, students will be able to:

  1. Understand human behavior and apply psychological principles in the context of the workplace;
  2. Relate and apply the knowledge of how core business concerns impact on the management of human resources in organizations and vice-versa;
  3. Evaluate how intrapersonal and interpersonal situations can impact on performance and productivity; and
  4. Practice handling groups and individuals within organizational contexts.
