Tabaco College (TC) is a private educational institution in the city of Tabaco, Albay. It was founded in 1982 by Atty. Antonio Z. Biglaen, with a vision to address the significant necessity for an accessible and affordable tertiary education of the people in the first district of Albay. Using his ancestral home, the college held its first classes in Retail Business Management.
In just three decades, the Tabaco College was able to expand its program offerings. The institution is now one of the leading institutions in the region with post-graduate courses (PhD in Management, Master in Management, MA in Teaching English, MA in Teaching Filipino), and undergraduate courses in Law, Business Administration, Computer Science, Secondary Education, Elementary Education, Criminology, Nursing, Hospitality Management, and Midwifery.
