  • Official Transcript of Records (TOR) + RLE Summary/Patient Contract Hours for Nurses and other Medical Courses OR
    • present HS report card/grades for current students
    • IB Final/Predicted Grades
    • GCE O or GCE A Level / British System O-Levels, A-Levels
  • IELTS Test Report Form (Academic Module)/ TOEFL iBT or paper-based/ PTE Academic
    • Certificate of English as the medium of instruction both in Teaching & Assessment can be submitted initially if an official English proficiency exam report form is not available yet (esp. for secondary education students under Streamlines processing)
