Course Description


This course is suitable for those seeking opportunities where business and law meet and is applicable to current law practitioners and those in other fields. Learning from internationally respected experts with wide-ranging experience, you will develop an understanding of the legal aspects of finance, sales, shipping and other commercial transactions. The course is available to both law and non-law graduates. The course commences with core units which provide a solid foundation in key areas of law relating to trade, sales, shipping and finance. You can then specialise in areas closer to your interest in a range of domestic and international law areas including WTO law, commercial arbitration, comparative law, Chinese business law, and Australian financial transactions law and regulation.
