Course Description


Uniquely designed to cater for teachers' busy lifestyles, this course combines the best aspects of distance education learning models. You're able to reference your own teaching environments while learning and sharing experiences through a highly interactive course that offers theoretical grounding, practical application and research-based coursework. The Master of Music International Pedagogy is delivered predominantly online, with two residential components of two to three weeks to be taken before completion. This course includes a research dissertation on a topic of your choice. The course utilises a cohort-based approach to develop student-centred learning environments where collaboration becomes an essential component to student success. It is essential that you have access to a community or school-based choir, band, orchestra or other ensemble on a regular basis. It is your responsibility to arrange this.
