  • Birth Certificate (NSO/PSO)
  • Parents latest ITR or Voter’s I.D. or Voter’s Affidavit
  • Report Card – with 2nd quarter grades (for the 1st Batch) certified correct by the Guidance and/or
  • Principal with GWA of 83%
  • Report Card – with complete grades (for the 2nd-3rd Batch)
  • Certification of Good Moral Character
  • 2 pcs. of 1 ½ X 1 ½ colored I.D. picture with name tag (white background)
  • For PEPT, ALS, NFEA&E –Certificate of Passing and Report Card

Senior High School

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bonafide resident of the City of Manila (if 18 years old, with proof of voter’s registration)
  • Grade 10 completers from any Manila Public School
  • Qualified voucher recipients (DepEd subsidy)
  • With General Weighted Average of 83% or better with no grade below 80% in any given subject/grading period

Requirements for Admission Test
  • 1.5”x1.5” colored photo
    • With name tag (LastName, FirstName M.I.) positioned at the chest
    • Formal pose with collar, no eyeglasses or any accessories that may cover any facial features
    • JPEG file, 144 x 144 pixels with a file size not more than 100kb
  • Applications to be submitted to www.udm.edu.ph/admission
  • Print and bring exam permit to the designated test center on the exam date

TECHVOC/TESDA Courses

  • Undergone a pre-training assessment
  • Can communicate both orally and in written form

  • Passers of Alternative Learning System (ALS) with 100% percentile rating or better may also apply

Universidad de Manila (UdM), formerly known as City College of Manila, is a public university located in Manila.
