Universidad de Manila (UdM), formerly known as City College of Manila, is a public university located in Manila. Known as one of the city’s locally funded universities, it has long been dedicated to providing free and high-quality education to the Manila’s bright, young minds. In service of the underprivileged young Manilenos, the university also spearheads relevant curricular and research programs for the benefit of the city and the entire country. Recognized by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC), Universidad de Manila is considered as one of the country's leading criminology schools, besting 197 schools nationwide. The university was also recognized for attaining an 80.00% passing rate in the November 2016 Nursing Licensure Examination.
