  • Accomplished Application Form which can be accessed via Google Forms.

Undergraduate Freshmen

  • Two (2) Pieces Recent 2x2 ID Pictures with Applicants’ Name Tag (Surname, First Name, Middle Initial)
  • Photocopy of Grade 11 Report Card (For Graduating Senior High School)
  • Photocopy of Grade 12 Report Card (For Senior High School Graduates)
  • Photocopy of Transcript of Records (For Transferee/Second Coursers)
  • Photocopy of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of Voter's ID or Voter's Certificate (of Biological Parent/s or Sibling if the applicant is below 18 years old)

The University of Makati (UMak) is a public, locally funded university of the local government of Makati founded in 1972, initially as the Makati Polytechnic Community College (MPCC). In 1987, MPCC was renamed Makati College and in 1990, was merged with the Fort Andres Bonifacio College. Through Municipal Order no. 433, the university was renamed to Pamantasan ng Makati, which later on changed to University of Makati (UMak) by virtue of City Ordinance 2002-111, in the hopes of becoming more globally competitive.

UMak is committed in providing educational programs where university education and industry training programs interface to develop the youth within and outside Makati into productive citizens and IT-enabled professionals who are exposed to advanced technology in their areas of specialization.
