  • Does this mean I will spend two more years in High School?

    Yes. But these two additional years will equip you with skills that will better prepare you for the future, whether it be; Kolehiyo, Trabaho or Negosyo!

  • Senior High School

    Requirements and Procedures

    1. Register online at www.umak.edu.ph/olsheat/registration/new and fill out the application form.
    2. After answering the CAPTCHA, press submit and print the application form.
    3. Report to the TASC office on the date reflected on the application form. Bring the following requirements for evaluation:
    • Accomplished Application Form
    • Four (4) copies of recent 2x2 ID pictures (with name tag and white background)
    • Photocopy of Report Card
      • Grade 9 Report Card (for graduating JHS students)
      • Grade 10 Report Card (for JHS completers)
    • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
    • Photocopy of Voter’s ID or Certificate of Biological Parent/s or Sibling (birth certificate must be presented) if the applicant is below 18yrs old.

    If complete,  TASC office issues Examination Permit. Read the instructions and wait for the scheduled admission test. Only applicants with complete requirements will be entertained.

  • Undergraduate

    Requirements and Procedures

    1. Register online at www.umak.edu.ph/olca/registration/new  and fill out the application form.
    2. After answering the CAPTCHA, press submit and print the application form.
    3. Report to the TASC office on the date reflected on the application form. Bring the following requirements for evaluation:
    • Accomplished Application Form
    • Four (4) copies of recent 2x2 ID pictures (with name tag and white background)
    • Photocopy of Report Card/Transcript of Records
      • Grade 11 Report Card (for current Grade 12 students)
      •  Grade 12 Report Card (for SHS graduates)
      • Transcript of Records (for college transferees who have  completed at least 2 years of tertiary education)
      • Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
      • Photocopy of Voter’s ID/Certificate of Biological Parent/s or Sibling, if applicant is below 18yrs old.
    1. If complete,  TASC office issues Examination Permit. Read the instructions and wait for the scheduled admission test. Only applicants with complete requirements will be entertained.
    2. The Application Period will be from October 7, 2019 to November 27, 2019
    3. The Admission Test will be on March 1 & 8, 2020.
