Requirements
Freshmen from non-UA Schools
- Accomplished Application Form
- Recommendation Form filled out and signed by the Guidance Counselor in senior high school.
- Photocopy of Grade 12 Report Card with strand indicated and grades for the first quarter or Grade 11 report card
- 1 copy of 2x2 picture with white background
- Scholarship Application Form, if applicable
Freshmen from UASHS
- Accomplished Application Form
- Photocopy of Grade 12 Report Card with strand indicated and grades for the first quarter or Grade 11 report card
- The result of the Aptitude Test administered by GAO.
- 1 copy of 2x2 picture with white background
- Scholarship Application Form, if applicable

Procedures
- Register for UACET (for non-UASHS graduates)
- Secure UACET Form from the Guidance and Admissions Office.
- Fill out the UACET Form
- Pay the Admission and Testing Fee at the Treasury Office
- Secure UACET Permit from GAO
- Secure Admission Kit
- Secure Admission Kit from the Guidance and Admissions Office.
- Fill out and Submit the Application Form
- Fill out the application form.
- Submit the completed application form, together with all the requirements, to the Guidance and Admissions Office on or before the date of your exam specified in the UACET Permit.
- Note: Forms which are not properly filled out and with incomplete requirements will not be processed
- Take the UACET
- The UACET is the admission examinations given to those who are applying for College in UA.
- View UACET Results
- View the UACET Results on admissions.ua.edu.ph. The list will also be posted on bulletin boards near the Guidance and Admissions Office.
- Pay the Reservation Fee
- Reserve your slot by paying the Reservation Fee in the UA Treasury Office on the 2nd floor of the Ryan Building.
