FRESHMEN
Minimum Requirements:
Senior high school student expecting to graduate before SY 2021-2022 from a DepEd-accredited high school or an accredited secondary school abroad; OR
Graduate of a DepEd-accredited high school or accredited secondary school abroad; AND
Must have final grades for Grade 8, 9, 10 and first semester of Grade 11;
Must not have taken any college subject/s; AND
Must not have taken the UP College Admission Test before.
Required Documents:
ALL APPLICANTS- Fully accomplished forms: Form 1 Personal Data Sheet and Form 2 High School Record
For High school graduates: High School Diploma
For Graduating from a local HS: DepEd Certificate of Recognition or Permit to Operate
For TRANSFEREE ONLY: Certified clear photocopy of the Permanent Secondary School Record (F137) from other school with all the grades earned therein
For FOREIGN APPLICANTS ONLY: Proof of payment of application processing fee
APPLICATION PROCESS
For ONLINE APPLICATION, go to https://upadmissionsonline.up.edu.ph.
You will be required to create an account. Therefore, a valid email address is required. DO NOT FORGET YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND PASSWORD
Next, fill out the FORM 1 carefully and completely.
The Online portal shall automatically forward a request to your high school principal/school head to fill out Form 2 (Secondary School Record).
For Non- Filipino Applicants: Pay the Application Fee
P450 for resident foreign applicants studying in the Philippines
US$50 for non-resident foreign applicants
Modes of Payment are through banks.
Check if the completed Forms 1 and 2 and all other required documents are uploaded in the Online Portal.
You will be notified by email regarding the status of your application. You may also monitor the status of your application by logging on to your UP College Admissions Online Account
Wait for the Application Results
FOREIGN STUDENTS AND TRANSFEREES MAY BE ADMITTED PROVIDED REQUIREMENTS SET BY THE UNIVERSITY ARE MET.

Requirements:
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree, related to the master’s or doctorate’s degree he or she is applying for.
Applicants must have intellectual capacity and aptitude for advanced studies and research
Applicants must have a general weighted average of 2.0 or higher in their previous academic attainment. Those who have not achieved this may be considered depending on the board committee.
Should pass the admission test and panel interview.

Requirements:
Foreign applicants must pass the TOEFL or IELTS with a score requirement depending on the department and/or course he or she apply for.

Transcript of Records (undergraduate and/or graduate work): Original and Two (2) Photocopies; Must be OTR Valid
Three (3) Reference Report Forms from the applicant’s immediate supervisor (1) and former professors (2) Recent 2”x2” photo (4 copies)
FOR WORKING STUDENTS
An official permit from his/her employer/supervisor indicating the maximum number of units the student is allowed to enroll
FOR MARRIED WOMEN
2 Photocopies of Marriage Certificate
Birth Certificate (2 Copies)
Health Clearance (Medical Certificate)
